Recipe:  Hash Browns with Cheese and Sausage
Use the carton hash browns.  These are easy to carry, prepare, and taste great.  Add warm water to dehydrated potatoes and let hydrate for about 10 minutes.  Dice onions and cube summer sausage into about 1/4″ pieces.  Add oil to sauce pan and warm. Drain excess water from potatoes and add along with diced onions,and sausage to sauce pan.  Cook on medium heat flipping occasionally until golden brown.  Remove from heat, add cheese and cover until cheese is melted.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  See full ingredients list and recipe.
